Maida Bonda
Ingredients needed for Maida Bonda
1 cup Maida
1 cup fresh curds
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
few curry leaves chopped
Salt to taste
oil for deep frying
How to prepare Maida Bonda?
Mix all the ingredients except oil in to a thick dough / paste so that you will be able to prepare small balls out of it.
Divide the dough in to uniform portions and shape them in to balls.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. As it gets hot start putting the balls inside the hot oil.
See that they get golden . Do not let the oil get very hot then the outside part of the bonda will get dark and the inside will not be cooked right.
Remove and leave it on a kitchen towel to drain the extra oil.
erve hot with sauce / chutney.
