Mushroom Fry


Ingredients needed for Mushroom Fry
100 grams Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Ginger, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsps corn flour
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
a few coriander leaves
few curry leaves
a few spring onions – little, chopped
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

How to prepare Mushroom Fry?Mix the ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, corn flour, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
Add a little water and mix to a paste.
Add the mushrooms and apply the paste all over the mushroom until they are evenly coated with the masala.
Deep fry the mushrooms in hot oil till golden and crispy. Remove and drain on a kitchen towel.
Heat a 2 tsps of oil in an another fry pan.
Saute the ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions and curry leaves till the onions turn golden.
Add the red chilli powder and fried mushrooms. Mix well.
Stir for a minute more and remove from fire.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and spring onions.
Serve with chutney or sauce.
